Who is the data controller

What data we process

When you contact us through the contact form, e-mail, phone, or the chat widget on our site, we process:

• your name,
• your e-mail address,
• your phone number (if provided),
• your clinic name and the procedure or service you're asking about (if provided),
• the content of your message and communication history,
• technical data about your visit (e.g. IP address, device type) to the extent needed to operate the contact form and chat.

Why we process it

We process data from the contact form and chat on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the consent box on the form or by sending a message in the chat. The purpose is to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to enter into a service agreement with you. If we start working together, we further process your data on the basis of contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to meet legal obligations (e.g. accounting).

How long we keep it

Data from an enquiry that does not turn into a contract is kept for the duration of the discussion and up to 12 months after the last contact. Data related to an active agreement is kept for the duration of the collaboration and afterwards for as long as required by law (typically for accounting and tax purposes). You may withdraw your consent at any time — see below.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. The following processors, bound by data processing agreements, help us operate the service:

• our e-mail service provider, used to receive enquiries,
• our chat widget hosting provider (the AI receptionist), which processes conversation content to qualify enquiries.

We do not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area without adequate safeguards.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• access your personal data,
• have inaccurate data corrected,
• request erasure ("the right to be forgotten"),
• request restriction of processing,
• data portability,
• object to processing,
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Cookies and tracking

The website does not currently use analytics or third-party advertising cookies. If we add tools such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel in the future, we will update this page and add a cookie consent banner.
